ok, but technology approach is not enough! Or are we just talking about
Business Intelligence connected to some sensors spreaded on the city?
SmartCity has the risk to be a new concept usefull for those selling
technology (companies) and for those selling image (public sector). We
need a smarter approach, taking into account what information is
relevant, based on a real & deep strategy and vision, and
stakeholders commitment.
