The Catalan Government has published 'Empresa i llengua' (Business and Language)

The Generalitat of Catalonia has published 'Empresa i llengua' (Business and Language). 'Empresa i llengua' is a guide to assist companies in incorperating aspects of multilingualism and language into their policies of social responsibility.

The guide includes examples of good practice, such as:

- showing respect to clients by serving them in their language

- to greet in Catalan wherever possible in order to help newcomers to integrate

- to share responsibility for the linguistic landscape.
